By using the WashGo mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WashGo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
WashGo is an on-demand car wash platform that connects clients with independent car wash professionals ("Washers"). We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between both parties.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- WashGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Washer Eligibility
- Washers must submit valid identity documents (CIN) for verification.
- WashGo reserves the right to approve or reject washer applications at its discretion.
- Washers are independent contractors, not employees of WashGo.
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through our platform.
- Prices are set and displayed before booking confirmation.
- Cancellation policies apply as displayed in the application.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Providing false information during registration or booking.
- Harassing or threatening other users or washers.
7. Limitation of Liability
WashGo is not liable for any damages resulting from service delays, washer conduct, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
